it's hard to pay rent referrals anymore.
with a price for Referral deletion. it will add to the loss when we are unable to extend the referral rental period, it can end in a negative balance.

My click AVG is at 4.45 at the moment. My BEP is 4.67, so I'm in loss too.
Has anyone an higher click average?
