Security question

I log in enter security answer but it says wrong answer so i had to change security question and answer after that i am able to log in then i tried to log out to see if i wont have any problem again but after trying to log in again with the new security question and answer i still got wrong answer from the bot .

So i have no choice but to change security question and answer everytime i need to login and click adz ..
What am i supposed to do with my account ???pls help

I saw you are using a cellphone a lot.
These usually capitalise the first letter of your answer.
The answer is case sensitive.

The problem happens here for you:
When entering the answer on request, this is done in a password field, which doesn't capitalize your first letter of your answer.
