Hello. I wanted to send $5.90 via skrill to pay for ads. I get message from skrill that I do not have enough despite having $31.11 in skrill account. Have contacted skrill to try and help. You may receive message that I have paid. This is an error but will buy once this gets sorted.

Unfortunally, nothing was received. You'll have to sort this out further with Skrill support.
