Failure to pay after completing a survey

Hi Admin,

I got this error 3 times, completed the survey but did not see any more money on my account.

Sorry, I should take a screenshot but what should I capture? Because after completing the survey in the offer, rewards are not added to the account. Should I take a screenshot of my account balance before and after completing the survey??? It is difficult to give concrete evidence.

Today about 8:30 am, I got the same error again.

Ok, clear now.
This is how you can solve it:

Go to the Adgaterewards offerwall, in the top of the offerwall you will find a support button.
After clicking the support button, you will see a list of the surveys you applied for.
Behind the survey(s) not credited to you, you click "Contact" and claim your survey this way.

Please keep in mind it can be up to 24 hours before a survey is credited to you.

I have tried but nothing has changed. Today I encountered the same error with the "Your Surveys Router-Unlimited" survey in Survey's (Earn money). The survey system here has too many errors.

I'm sorry it doesn't work out for you, these are 3th party apps. I've tried the survey in your screenshot, but it worked fine for me as well others have completed this survey recently.
I've send a ticket to the provider to look further into your issue, I hope they will be able to fix it soon for you.

Yesterday I received a reply from the supplier, now I no longer have the error of paying the bonus.
In the future I hope to not encounter errors similar to this anymore.
