This is a warning for you that something is happened what is prohibited.
Your account has binned accessed from Iran (your sign-up residential) and several times from the United Arab Emirates.
It means you are creating this problem yourselves by using proxy/vpn or someone from the United Arab Emirates enter your account frequently.
When you use proxy/vpn then there is a big chance you will be suspended for that soon or later because it is not allowed as it is mentioned at our terms.
When your provider is creating this issue, then it is also your responsibility as mentioned at our terms. Probably you have to take care for your settings at your device.
