Auto Pay - RR - non clickers more than 10 days

I have some referrals , they are inactive last 11 days . but they were not re cycled yet, I manually recycled several RR due to more than 10 days. I have a golden account . so please advice how auto recycle works.

I just tested, but auto recycle seems to work fine. Maybe you looked just before the rr should be recycled.
