Loging problem

SIR.
Today (11/11/2015) when i loging in my adzbazar account, i received a massage "Karticklaha, you are logged in deffent IP, three chance left set you pin to safe your account, your account will be suspended."
I use a cable broad band internet service for my internt, my IP (###.###.##.123) last three dugit will change
when i logout and login. I have no solution to slove this problem. I am also a member lixiadz and many other ptc site.
If you have any solution Please help me solve my problem.
