I dont know its a bug or I'm only to stupid.
I wrote a ticket but when I pushed the send button I always got the message: Invalid Token
I changed my message again and again but its not working for me.

I had the message Invalid Token
not
Invalid Image Verification
Today I tried it again with copy and paste my original ticket without changes and it was working.
Problem solved.
