yes thats possible, we might add it at some point after finishing all the current pending codes.

I think you need general, billing and technical support who are online 24 hours/day. It's great when you can provide them.

indeed, but thats not easy to provide, even the biggest companies can't give 24/7 live chat support, we will add in the future a live chat between members, members can talk to each others and help each others out.

but that will take some time since we are working on more important codes at the moment.

You're right. That's not to important as long as support ticket working normally. Members chat room is enough. Maybe sometimes your staff/mod can join the chat. Let's rock boss

indeed henryfekok, that's the best choice we will take, staff will be joining the chat room when ever they got some free time, even i may join from time to time,

just give us more time and we will add this feature, i agree with the idea and added it to tasks list.
