Hi,
we have added the $50 with the extra money that was in your balance, nothing has been cut from your balance...
we see that you have lost big amount of rented referrals recently! this is why your balance has been decreased because we have RR expire fee for expired rented referrals, this future in most legitimate PTC sites such as Neobux and many others to stabilize our project to run for lifetime periode.
please read our TOS:
2.5. " Letting a rented referral expire, will come at a cost depending on your membership."
you need to properly manage your account to keep getting great avg instead of letting your RRs expires, remember to recycle at least between 2% to 5% of its inactive listed every day. then you will see a significant improvement in your AVG and profit.
please give your RR sometime and keep monitoring them in daily basis.

I have more than $ 50 and I want to keep it, do not extend Referral, without further introduction rent and not turn Autopay.
I buy RR according to the list price you set out to RR can work for 30 days, So how is my balance is reduced?
Out of 30 working days, I have to pay extra money for introduced while I bought 30 days? Ridiculous.

i really understand what you are going through,
but as i said above "RR fee future has been made to stabilize our project to run for lifetime periode"
as we said, this future is not new in the PTC industry, many other sites are using it for many years for now.
we are serious in our business and run or want go any were like 99.9999 do... i do hope you will understand.
