Dear members,
This is very important to read to have your account safe!
Yesterday one of our members account was hacked and got his account robbed of his money.
A dispute has been filed against the hacker who used the instant payment and we expect his money to return shortly.
To prevent this, we have installed a few security updates today, but still are not finished:
- When you change your email in the settings, you can not withdraw money for at least 3 days.
- When your payment processor email is set, it cannot be changed anymore. This is now hard coded.
What can you do to protect your self from account hacking:
- Set your payment processors even if you do not use a certain payment processor. After this, no one can change it anymore, except we, the admins.
- Do not use the same password for every PTC you click in.
- Never login to your account from a strange place or ad. Always make sure you are login in to Adzbazar by checking the url in your browser.
There are still a few tasks left to finish tonight. We will update this topic.
