system update issue

Hi members,
1 hour ago, we have made a system update which caused a ban for the members that tried to login between 1:00 - 1:30 server time today.
we have unbanned all the effected accounts, and replied there support tickets, nothing has been lost or effected.
now everything is working as usual.
