This is only a suggestion sir Admin.
If possible and if it's okay for you, will you please put the support button or 'contact us' button into the
homepage or in my account tab besides forum or what else which is visible for all members for us to be easily access whenever there is a problem that we like
to send to you.Many thanks

You will find a button 'Support' there.
