Confused Newbee

As I am here from past two days and willing to work and earn more and more, but there are many thing which make me confuse...

a) Is there any direction to guide lines by which a new comers earn 100 to 300 per month ??
b) Or how can any one earn 100 to 500 dollar by just clicking 0.001 to 0.005 ads ??
c) What is this "Ads viewed Deposits $25.00 ($0.00 Deposited)" means ??
d) How we can promote to next achievement ??
e) If any one does not have enough to spend on buying credits and to buy referral then how he or she can earn money ??
f) What are the ("do's" or "not to do" ) precautions, we should take care off to be in this market.

Please I invite all experts to give your contribution and make newbee's comfortable so that we can also earn more like you all.
