What happened to my S15 deposit

Hi Admin,
I deposited $15 from Paypal almost 12 hours ago but it is not showing in my deposit.
As i planned to upgrade/purchase rr, i cannot proceed.
I also raised a support ticket.
Please provide an update.
In case i need to raise this with Paypal, please advise.
