PM account automatic appearance

I deposited some money with a PM account (Uxxxxxxxx) before. After that, I lost this PM account. I open support ticket for deleting PM account (Uxxxxxxxx). Unfortunately, It's gone, then Uxxxxxxxx appears again in my personal settings.

Again, I opened support ticket.

The result is the same.

I might risk if I open a support ticket for delete PM account next time. Supports team warned me last time.

Can you help me ?

don't worry open a support ticket with the title: "important to mhmad farajalla"

put there as much details as you like and i will check and see how i can fix this for you, nothing to worry about.
