invalid login detail and account suspended

I was extremely upset by what happened with my account. A week ago my account was been hacked... so I can not log in to my account for invalid login detail .... after I sent my support ... problem solved after waiting more than 12 hours.Today , my account is detected by the system that say I have more than one account .... meanwhile I only have one account for all the PTCsites... after I sent support, within 10 hours ... problem solved ... but unfortunately .... I lost all of my money and referrals ... money in the balance of approximately 33 usd has become to - 46.usd ...my referrals before was - + 1 555 but now it's become 0 ... I sent support again ... but I have to wait in the next 48 hours .. what I like to state here is the time taken to solve this problem is too long. I hope . if possible ... the admin will take an action and give priority on any serious matter as soon as the problems are reported .... now I am still waiting for an answer on my problems ...and I hope the administrators will consider my proposal.

I'm very sorry for your account and you, but as far as I understand, you already sent support and you are waiting more than 24hours? If that is the case, please BUMP that support ticket, because we got daily so many tickets and so much work for all 4 sites that you cannot belive, please BUMP it and one of the staff team will respond you ASAP.
