My Avg = very bad

Hi Admin,
My avg is very bad.
I noticed today, 6 hours after reset time,
RR=133, clicks=373, avg=2.8.
It means there are RRs click below 3, how can?
Everyday my Avg = 3.0 - 3.2.
Remember, all my RRs click, I have no RR not click.
Please help Admin, thanks.
