I see that no one helps me, I don't think I will ever complete surveys again if I don't pay

In case of a failed survey open a support ticket, so I can find out which survey in what offerwall has failed and look them up so they can be marked for resend.
In a support ticket give as much as possible details on the survey so it can be found.
