bitcoins add funds duration

hi admin / moderator,
i have used the bitcoin option to add funds on my account. followed all the steps and send $3 worth of bitcoins to my account. up until now i don't see anything on my purchase balance. blockchain shows that the transaction is confirmed and completed.is there also a waiting time on adzbazar for my funds to be added?
