I want to change payment getaway from Payza to Perfect Money

I want to change payment processor from Payza to Perfect Money. Please inform/advise how to do it. I tried to change it at the Personal Settings but I advised to use Support Ticket, as member cannot do it there. Where can I use Support Ticket.
