Mining

Does anyone know how the Monero mining works?
I mined twice... The first time I can't show, but the second session I can show a pic.
I mined 150000 hashes and when I wanted to withdraw the hashes for cash, I just got a little circle constantly turning.
I waited about 20 minutes and closed the site after that, while that circle was still turning.
The money I should have earned wasn't shown in my account.
Asking Adzbazar didn't help. I just got the answer that I had to mine at least 10000 hashes.. Duh... I send them my picture that showed 150000 hashes.
I also did some mining with Idle tab, on another site... Also this I can't find.
Is this all a scam? Did I mine for someone else?
I hope there is someone who can help me with this.

We have solved the problem with onlineptc12 on a decent way, he will not bother you anymore.

About Monero Miner it is working fine so far, the issue you mentioned I did never experienced it.
