Need Help and Info

Hello everyone,

I just won $10 in PTSU and I tried to withdraw funds but it says "You earned 0.0% in Offerwalls. It is required to have a minimum of 10% of your income earned in Offerwalls."

Offerwall earning is compulsion because I stay in India and doing survey is damn difficult rest other have very low income
if I use that funds can I withdraw as been a PAID member or that Offerwall is Compulsory on all account.

Please guide and I don't like Offerwall much because of my GEO-LOC so all I wanted to know should I stay or its the END :(

Need a proper guidance because thinking to invest here so want to know everything
